This privacy policy describes how Friday Assistant Hermes accesses and uses Google Calendar data. Friday Assistant Hermes is a private personal assistant operated by the owner of this site and is not offered as a public service.
Information accessed
After the owner grants permission, the app may access Google Calendar information needed to complete the owner’s requests, including calendar names, event titles, dates and times, descriptions, locations, attendee information, and other event details. The app may also create, modify, or delete events when the owner explicitly requests those actions.
How information is used
Google Calendar data is used solely to provide personal calendar-assistant functions requested by the authorized owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are stored locally on the owner’s privately managed computer. Calendar information may be processed temporarily to answer a request but is not intentionally published on this website. Credentials are retained until access is revoked or the integration is removed. Temporary data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested action.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold, rented, shared for advertising, or made publicly available. Data is transmitted only through Google APIs and the infrastructure required to operate the private assistant. The app’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and calendar information, including restricting credential-file access to the local account that runs the assistant.
Your choices
The authorized owner can revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page and can delete locally stored OAuth credentials. Revoking access prevents future Calendar API access.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the integration or its data practices change. Questions can be directed to the developer support address shown on the Google authorization screen.
